Whether your child is new to competitive cycling or already racing, Cuddon Cycling Marlborough has everything they need to develop as a rider — on both road and track.

We have a strong pathway for school-aged riders, with coaching, training, club bikes, and a calendar of events that can take them all the way to national championships.

Under the Lights

Athletic Park Velodrome, Blenheim Every Wednesday, 5:30–7pm

The velodrome is one of Marlborough's hidden gems, and on Wednesday nights from April through to the end of September the club rides under the lights. Come and join us!

Support We Provide

We know that getting into competitive cycling takes more than just desire — it takes the right equipment, knowledge, and preparation. Here's how the club helps:

Bikes — Don't have a road or track bike? We can help. The club has bikes available to loan, so cost isn't a barrier to getting started.

Coaching — Cuddon Cycling Marlborough have experienced riders who are happy to share their knowledge, please ask if you would like some help

Training Plans — Whether your child is preparing for their first school champs or targeting a South Island title, we can build a training plan to match their ambitions.

Travel — Heading to South Island champs in Ruapuna or Invercargill is a big deal — and the club supports riders attending these events. Talk to us about what's available.

How to Get Started

Getting involved is straightforward:

Come along to a Wednesday training night at Athletic Park Velodrome, 5:30–7pm. No commitment required — just come and give it a try
Join the club. Membership covers you for club events and connects you with coaching and support
Register for events. Once you're a member, we'll help you enter school champs and other events on the calendar
